Co-Arranger Latin America Farmland Fund
In December 2007, VPA has successfully acted as co-arranger for a Farmland Fund investing its proceeds throughout selected Mercosur states (being Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay).
 
Opening of South American subsidiary
May 2007: Value Partners Associates AG opens a subsidiary in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
 
Establishment of UK subsidiary
November 2006: Value Partners Associates AG establishes a subsidiary in London.
 
Representation office IMMORENT AG for the Swiss market
As of July 2006, Value Partners Associates has been appointed to represent IMMORENT AG in Switzerland. IMMORENT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Erste Bank Austria. Following the motto of "leasing & more", IMMORENT offers complete financing solutions for real estate as well as mid to large-sized moveable assets such as capital equipment and machinery.
